In this mode, the Enterprise Admin will be responsible for assigning the application to the Teams users.
For deploying the application in User scope, Teams Users should use 'Upload an App' option from the 'Manage your Apps' page in the Teams Client.
For deploying the application to the PBX team or SMS Number assigned Team or SMS Group Assigned Team, Teams Users should 'Upload an App' option from the 'Manage Team' apps tab in the Teams Client.
When the Application is assigned to the Teams users that are not configured in the Enterprise Portal by assigning the appropriate services for PBX/SMS/Call App, the Users are blocked from using the Application
